Every year there is this massive bicycling event withhundreds of bikers that ride these roads..not to mention i heard that in the past a local porsche club used to run this road..if any one is ever interested we could get a couple of us together and do some timed runs for fun, great place to test out your new shocks etc. would be fun.

Yeah, there pretty fun, but sometimes, you will be going around a 20mph 90* turn, only to find gravel all over it.

That sounds pretty fun! I might have to look into it for the SHO club to tear up! Some of our cars do better in road race conditions rather than down the 1/4 mile (tony excluded)

wait that is in Houston, right? A bit far from Midland. But there are quite a few guys in Houston in the club that might bite...

i'd go and check it out but i live in florida.....we have one windy road that i really like but it's only a couple of miles long and you have to worry about traffic, most of the turns you can see if someone is coming though.....funnest windy road in town.

We have quite a few roads like that here in the metroplex. My favorites though are taking highway exit cloverleafs( when there are no other cars on it, of course) at high rates of speed

I think I messed my pants looking at the map of that road... and it has some nice elevation changes too. Wow, I'm definitly taking a vacation up there one day.

Was that road designed with driving in mind? Surely something that great can't be an accident.
