    Y87 Rear End Swap

I just completed installing the rear end from a 1996 Y87 Firebird. When I purchased the Rear, I also purchased the ABS Controller/Module and the ECM from the donner vehicle. I currently have the Y87 rear end & the Y87 ABS Controller installed with the cars Original ECM, and the speedometer indicates about 10 to 15 miles per hour faster than my actual speed (according to my GPS) which I kind of anticipated.
My question is, If I install the ECM from the Y87, should this solve my speedometer problems? Also any other concerns I should be aware of would be appreciated. Thanks

Just use a 97’ pcm and get Hptuners. Some companies only charge $100 to flash the pcm if you don’t want to spend the money for Hptuners. Just need tire height and gear ratio.
