Exclamation 00 firebird injectors won't fire.

So after doing a small build and overhaul on my 2000 firebird 3.8 I can't get it to start.

Here is a list of everything I've tested on my 3.8 monte carlo.
    FPR
    ICM
    and the coil packs.

However I did notice that after several attempts to start the firebird that the injectors were completely dry when pulling the fuel rail off the engine. I'm going to try swapping the injectors into my monte carlo and seeing what happens. Any suggestions on what else I should look at for troubleshooting my car?

It had plenty of fuel gushing out of the fuel rail when I disconnected the lines.

Is it cranking at all? What did you overhaul?

    Cranks just fine.
Mainly just replaced the rocker arms, lifters, valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets, front and rear seals on the tranmission, torque converter, and did some painting of the intakes, and valve covers.

I'd check the #1 injector, ohm check it and maybe swap it with another injector. I had my engine rebuilt in 2002 and they put one of my old injectors in and thankfully it went in #1 cylinder and the engine wouldn't start. Replaced the injector and it started up.

Alright I'll give that a shot the next time I get a chance to work on the firebird.

Edit: Forgot I had the injectors with me. Just finished testing them and they are all in the 12.6-12.9 ohm range.

Alright I have an update. I ended up having to replace the pigtail for the crankshaft sensor because it kept slipping off the sensor when trying to start it because the clip was broken.
