What bushings should I replace on my shifter?

The shifter for my T-5 has a ton of side-to-side play, and I'm assuming it's time to replace some bushings. Does anyone know the part number for the ones that are the most important? I haven't been able to find much info on the subject. Also, does anyone know of a kit for replacing all of the bushings for the shifter? I haven't found anything. Thanks.

Here's what I was able to find on RockAuto.

    ACDELCO part number : 14105942

Hope that helps. Unfortunately I'm not much of a transmission expert.
