Pacesetter Headers, TSP Rumbler, Highflow Cat, 3.73 Gears, Eaton Detroit Truetrac posi, Transgo Shift kit, SLP Airlid, K&N Airfilter, Free Ram Air Mod, BMR Strut Brace, 32mm Front Sway Bar, MSD Super Conductor Wires, NGK TR55 Plugs, Firehawk Ram Air Hood, Tuned by PCMFORLESS

Put bucket under work area. Remove clamps/fasteners. Remove hose. Catch coolant in bucket. Dispose of coolant. Install new hose. Install clamps/fasteners (or new band clamps if the old ones are no good.) Top up coolant. Run engine. Check for leaks. Tighten clamps if necessary. You're done.
You can use this procedure for just about every hose related to your coolant system. You just need to procure the correct diameter and length of hose and replacement clamps if needed.
