    and possibly a donor 1st Gen body

    You will need clearance for the throttle body which will be sticking backwards on the engine. If you have the space for a custom elbow, you should be able to bolt the engine up to a 4l60e and wire it up.

    for mounting the engine itself (SII + ) ... the Gbody guys are using 3.8 engine side mounts (theres a triangular bump/boss in the center of the engine mount holes that has to be cut/machined off) and olds 307 frame side mounts ... they are supposed to line up really nice. I don't know if the olds frame side mounts fit the s10 (yet... I've got a 1st gen frame I'm putting a SII l67 in) .. the 2.8 frame side mounts might work too. Other then that just need a 60 degree gm bellhousing trans
