Has anyone finished a 3.4/3x00 hybrid engine?

Has anyone actually finished a 3.4/3x00 hybrid engine and driven it? I'm finding tons of threads where people have started a build but then I never see a finished product. I want to build a hybrid engine but I don't want to waste money on a project that I can't actually finish. Or waste money on a project that is going to end up costing $10,000 to complete... Seeing all of these started projects but never seeing one tuning makes me skeptical about throwing money at it.

I'm not sure about on here, but on thirdgen.org there are several members that have completed 3.1/3x00 and 3.4/3x00 hybrids. One of which is hitting 10's in the quarter. Those are in third gens though

    Yup.

Short vid taken by my bro-in-law in 2009 (most recent i have) when we were leaving the OC Auto Show (exhibit): https://youtu.be/_V3HfXpimxE

3.4 sure can sound good at idle. :p

I havent been on this forum in about a year or so.... Well over due. But ive done both the 3.1/3100 and the 3.4/3400 successfully. Its pretty cheep if you are just doing a hybrid swap only. Mines a bit extreme.
Im just finishing up rebuilding my 3.4 and putting it all back into the car now. Its got all forged rods and pistons this time arround. Diamond pistons, scat i beam rods, arp head studs, mls gaskets..exc
