Looking for feedback on fitment issues

looking to get a set of slicks and rims for the front of my 97 gtp currently i have this size picked out for the rims: 15x7 38mm+ offset and tires: 24.5x8x15 slicks

i know the offset of rim will work and the tires will fit on the rim but not sure about the 15 in size rim fitting over the brakes, i am running factory brake setup and lowered on eibach springs. Also i am questioning the overall diameter.

Did you get any assistance? Any materials that you have stumbled on that might be helpful for some other person to make a decision on the same?
