    Coolant leak!?

What are some common places for a leak on a 3.4?
I have a pretty bad leak and don't have a lot of time to look for it due to long hours at work. I know its an external leak. And I know it drips off the kmember on the passenger side.

Any help would be extremely appreciated, thanks.

idk bought the 3.4 but i chased my leak for a long time before finding it was coming through the water pump bearing, the pulley cover did a good job of hiding where it was coming out.

Why must people kick a man when he's down..

So I haven't driven the car in a few weeks due to the antifreeze leak. I go outside and look at it on my way to work, someone threw rocks at it. Big dent in drivers quarter panel and drivers window is smashed out. Good times..

Lol I have to now drive it to my dads with a broken window and a seat full of glass pebbles and park it until I get a new window. Idk why people are so ridiculous.

Well you obviously have the radiator, the upper/lower radiator hoses and the water pump that will leak.....check the overflow catch (also doubles as your battery tray) for cracks. But on a 3.4, there is also a PITA quick disconnect fitting for some heater lines that has a tendency to rust out then leak. This fitting screws into the intake right in front of and underneath the water neck housing. The factory fitting is just some cheap pock aluminum type metal and is so brittle that it usually breaks when trying to remove it. Go down to your local parts house, get a new one and replace it....the actual tubing that locks into the fitting, that may be a dealer only item....Im not sure, but thats where I got mine. Below in the picture that I attached is the fitting that Im talking about....its the big silver fitting laying horizontal to the right of the thermostat housing.

Thanks for the info, I think its a leak behind the timing cover but I can use all the info I can grab!
