    Dallas or Sealy?

Ok fellas, there's been a lot of talk about having the Clash at Dallas Raceway instead of Sealy. I think it may open up the event to more people because the change in location would cut a lot of time (4-5 hours depending on location) off the trip.

I'd love to hear what everyone thinks about this. Vote and post up!

    Location of the tracks:

    Dallas Raceway:
    http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Dallas...=0CBgQpQY&sa=X

    LMP:
    http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Lonest...=0CEUQpQY&sa=X

    Edit:

I would appreciate it if the Houston guys would vote "it doesn't matter" unless you really cannot make time for the event if it were in Dallas that day (In that case you probably shouldn't be going anyways). Otherwise the poll will be heavily biased towards your convenience.

Dallas! It'd be much easier for me to get down there- I could fly right into Dallas, and it would really shorten my trip. Plus I'd be very close to a non-board friend, so that sweetens the deal that much more.

Houston guys, we have people willing to drive 10+ hours for this thing. If we move this to Dallas so we can have people from out of state come, then you should be fine with driving up. Be happy the Clash is guaranteed to at least be in the same state as you. Don't be lazy. "I live in Houston" is a shitty excuse. If this means that little to you, then I'd rather you not show up anyways. Your selfishness is disappointing.

This is the "premier" FTV6 racing and social event, not just some shitty track day.

I voted Dallas. Cuts 4 hour hours out of my trip (down to a 6 hour trip now) and I would have a place to stay in Arlington.

IF I come... Having it at Dallas cuts me from 19 hours to 14 hours... Obvious choice for me... Also $50 less in gas that I have to spend.

Any luck getting Dallas Raceway to even talk to you? I have been hearing on some other boards that they are tough to nail down.
