When I close my door now the inside panel pushes up and comes loose just on the back part part by the window. I've tried closing the door slow to see what's hitting but it feels more like the door is slightly sagging but when I close the door everything looks lined up perfect. What should I check? And could my door have a slight unnoticeable sag?

that sounds like the door is sagging a little... when you open the door, try to wiggle the end up and down... your hinge pins are prolly worn out. if it moves up and down, you need to replace those hinges.

I had to adjust my latch pins on both sides of the car relentlessly until I got it right. The body lines of the door lined up, but the latch wasn't hitting right. Now it's pretty much perfect, and a lot easier to close the door as well.
I also noticed when I open my door now instead of just popping open about an inch like normal it's like it sits there like the doors locked until I push. I suppose that's part of it. What exactly do I need to look for to adjust? Never adjusted it before but notice there are a few bolts and so forth so don't want to mess it up

If its the door that needs the adjusting (which is sounds like it is) I would remove the fender to get at the hinge bolts easier. You can get to the ones on the door itself, but thats not the only adjustment. There are bolts that bolt the hinge to the body that are a bitch to get to with the fender on (if you can even do it).
I just put a junkyard door on my girls Trans Am so I'm pretty good at F body doors now. Had to swap all the guts to the new shell as well (regulator, tracks, door glass, wiring, etc) then adjust the damn thing. Finally fits pretty well. It took me 2 people (I don't like using a jack to position for adjusting). Someone should hold the door and make small movements, tighten it, open and close. Repeat.
Hope that helps

So come to find out my pin and bushings are wore out but I can't find them anywhere. Only for like 89-92 models or something. Where can I find them for my car? I've checked advance, rockauto.com and ebay

I'd start by adjusting the latch pin, it's just two torq bits. It's worth a shot and may fix the door adequately. Are the body lines correct? I mean does it visually appear to be out of adjustment, or is it just the shutting problem?
It's just the shutting problem. I will wrench around on the bolts and adjust the pin some to see if I can get it to fix (it's been to rainy here to try anything right now). Another thing I noticed is it JUST started doing this when my door skin came loose the other day (which I have the stuff to fix that).

Okay the more I've been looking I've noticed all Pin and Bushing kits look the same which I'm sure isn't the case or there would be a universal kit. Does anyone know if a certain size will fit? because I found some places sale them by size instead of by what car the fit. Also I read some peoples sagging door and worn bushing let the pin wear out the hole into an oval shape in the hinge. Anyone had this problem?

I think im having this problem. My door sags. If I open the door all the way and then shut it, it makes a loud pop noise. The door has kinda of 2 stages. Half open and full open. It will pop at half open. I looked at the hinges and was kind of confused how you would even go about replacing those.
If it's popping you may want to make sure the door skin (outer part of your door) isn't loose and hitting the fender. If it is you need this SMC door adhesive stuff that 3M makes. It's kind of expensive but one thing of it will do a BUNCH of doors. I done mine n hardly use any of it

its not the skin, it sounds like its coming from the spring thats in there.
Found out the hinge was in fact worn, finally got the door off and looked at everything. Used a grinder to get the metal piece off the top hinge to get to the bushing. Then my brother knocked the pin out with a hammer. Any chance this made the hinge warp? He hit it hard a few times. I found a product I'm gonna order except they all say for a 89-92 and look EXACTLY like mine in the replacement pictures. It is the 90 dollar kit I posted before. Will they work?
