I think either the belt itself, or the tensioner or an idler pulley.

Do this!! Replace the tensioner or idler, that was my problem, when it was cold outtside or raining sit would squeak till no end, I broke my tensioner and had to replace it and now it doesn't squeak (knock on wood)!!!

OP, see how much play is in the pulleys. They shouldn't be able to spin absolutely freely, there should be some kind of resistance. If they free spin way too easily, then the bearings are shot, and the pulley needs replacement.

If it's a squeak then it's your belt or your idler pulley most likely. Replace your pulley and belt and your squeak should go away.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car, oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car, horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

probably a belt like others have said, My alternator likes to scream when its cold but it goes away within minutes of running. easiest way is to pop the hood before u start it and start it and go the engine and carefully look around and try to identify where its coming from. Or you could just start taking stuff out and replacing stuff lol

what about an alternator's bearings that are going? More than likely the belt, but the alternator could be a possibility.

First of all now its like 30 degrees out. it only whines when the cars not warmed up. it goes away in about 5 minutes or so. It doesnt sound like a belt is loose, i know how that sounds.
