well my trans took a crap on me finally from the extra heat and power so i got the trans out today..let me tell you..that was worse then pulling the motor for the swap..im hoping to pick my new trans up thursday or friday..i also just spend $168 on stuff to wrap the wires and hoses as well as a trans cooler and Evac kit so i can remove the tube to the rear valve cover

i still need to pull the headers and send the whole exhaust part of the turbo setup to get ceramic coated..once i get those back and installed i can put in the new trans and finish it up

i also still need to make up a dumptube for the wastegate, get a bigger oil drain line, and get a 90* fitting for the oil feed line as well as modify some intake piping alittle to make everything fit better, look better and make things alittle happier..oh and i need a new trans mount and a wheel bearing..damn this is adding up fast..lol

Auto. The orgionally tranny only lasted one day after the install, then he got a deal on a used 30k unit and that lasted no days (until first boost), and now this is another low mile used.

Oh, the boost is going up. His plan is 12psi street and 15psi/meth at the track. After the last tranny install he forgot to hook up the WG ref line and saw a spike of 20+psi, but she held.

That same combination would be much faster in an Fbody

Soon everyone, Soon. If anyone wants to be nice and paypal me some "sponsorship" money I can get this thing to mid 12s very easy, very soon.

I was going to order some drag radials hopefully soon but for some reason it looks like my turbo its going to need to be rebuilt already. Has less then 5k miles on it and its got alittle extra play already as well has a leaking seal thats getting worse by the day. Need to pull it this week and install my old Ebay turbo for a while so I can have the Garrett fixed

Something's wrong then. A Garrett should last several thousand miles.

Yea I know. I need to get it off and put my old ebay one on or make a block off plate on the turbine housing so I can take it to the shop to be checked. Doesnt seem to be hitting the housings or anything but it does have some play in it

A litle side-to-side is normal for wet float bearings, in and out is what you have to watch for.

Upwards of 60+ at times. I was told that since its a t3/t4 a lot of oil pressure shouldnt be the problem as they are made for desiels, which run a a lot of pressure. It does it at idle which it usually 40psi. Its also restricted like crazy so im starting to think I dont have enough oil, causing the issues Im having, even though I wait for it to warm up before I beat on it (so I know theres oil where it needs to be) We'll see
