    Glad you liked the pic, all in good fun.

    At least you were cool about it and didn't get your panties all up in a wad like some people would do. Heck, I have a vibrator and a bottle of lube photoshopped into my open hands and I don't get upset... we need more people like us on this forum!

    I don't have anything against drifting, but I don't think people should say it's like racing. Drifting is to racing as figure skating is to speed skating. It's not about going fast, it's about sliding the car artistically. The stuff I had problems with is:

    "drifting originated on dirt roads in north carolina and virginia, and is still practiced on dirt tracks all over the united states"

    "It is similar to rally racing"

    "
    maintaining high RPMs and high angle of turning to be the fastest through a turn"

    But I wouldn't object to including it here. It's not like there's a lot of autocrossers and track guys posting.

    FYI, you can drift an auto ... or at least a manual shift auto ... so long as it shifts hard enough and you're not afraid to test the limits of your trans.
