okay weill i have a friend with a ram 1500 v8.. he thinks his car is faster cuz he says oh 'you got that v6 firebird dont you', 'well this is a v8! ' an i was just like.. yeah an v8 truck engines suck and ure car prolly weighs 5,000 pds.. he didnt say anything cuz he really doesnt know crap about cars.. but he wanted to race. so does anyone know what these run? im not sure what the year is, it doesnt look brand new though

which V8? I can almost guarantee that you are faster. Call him out, take him to the track and see how he can hang.

did a quick lil search 98', old body style, 5.9L V8 put out like 245
looking at a guys 98' ss/t his best 1/4 is 14.957@ 89.25MPH

The Hemi Rams arent that fast. My dad raced a friend at work 3 times with his Silverado SS and whipped his ass everytime. You cant beat GM power.

yea...that's happened to me alot. People in V8 SUVs and trucks turning their nose up at my basebird...but I cant really see their expressions in the rearview mirror
