94 Camaro 3.4 to 3.8 SII Swap?

Guys, I need some help. . . I found a 3.8 engine, M5 trans, crossmember, fuel lines, ECM, wiring harness, and basically everything I would need to swap the engine in. The engine is from a 96 Camaro, I have a 94 Camaro, what would it take to swap it in and have it running? Everything for the swap is about $700. . .

Thanks for the info, I thought there would be a lot less work to do than that. . . I'll just look for an LT1 and M6 . . . I have about $700 extra from a student loan, I wanted to make my car a little faster without killing my gas mileage.
