Ouch, unless you intend to spend a but load of cash, I would just stick in another 3800.

As far as Ive seen, you will require the harness, k-member, tranny and gauge cluster. (If you dont mind not having half of your gauges to work, you can always opt to lose the efi and go carbed)

Im pretty sure that theres a lot Im not mentioning, but you get the general picture. Its a real PITA. Unless youve got the skills or the cash, I wouldnt reccomend it.

It'll be about 4K for the swap if you do the labor yourself I would imagine.

It'll take a LOT of time. Definatley don't do it unless you have another car to drive around for a couple months :P

get a 3.8l and fix it up real nice... if you want an ls1 than save up and buy one.

so..if I can decipher your lazy internet-speak correctly...you're wanting to know how much you could get for your car once you replace the engine?

If it wasnt for the fact that I was already working on a v6 project car, I would have gladly bought it off of you with the blown engine and all. :(
Depending on the mileage, you could get as much as $4500 with a rebuilt motor.

If your looking for a used v8, save up and buy one. If you want a spectancular v6 save up and create it, there both going to run you the same amount of money.

Nows your excuse to start! Either one, the choice is yours!
