I have a 2003 Impala with a 3.4 and I am planning to swap it out with the 3800 sries II. Besides changeing the pcm, radiator, starter, alternator is there any thing else that I am going to have to change. Are the fuel fittings and the wiring harnesses the same in the 3.4 and the 3.8? Does the BCM have to be swap as if I was doing a l67 swap or can I leave it alone. I already know it will bolt up to my tranny.
