Was that 95 originally a 3.4? If so, get ready for a new k-member. ;)
Moving to conversions.

No realistically you could move over the entire k member and front suspension along with the engine and trans in one piece if the swap is done correctly

It's just a matter of finding a new one. You don't hvae to though if the car had a 3.8.
3.8 95 cars are moderately rare..but a few people on here have them. It's best to know before you get too far.
Along with the motor swap, you'll need new wiring harness and PCM. It's really a pretty long and indepth install. It's not quite as simple as drop in the motor and go. The engine wiring harness needs to be replaced. The PCM needs to be swapped out.
Also, your 99 intake is throttle by wire, and your 95 has a throttle cable. I'm not even sure if the 99+ intake will fit under the hood of the 93-97 car. I thought that's why they were running angled throttle bodies. That may not be an issue if you're swapping fascias though.
I'm sure there are some other things that I'm forgetting, but it's not a direct swap. That's why most people just swap in an LT1 v8. Same amount of work, but you end up with more power.

If you wanna go that route, just make sure the car is atleast a 96. Those all come stock with the 3.8. Another 99+ car would be easiest of all because then the motor really woudl just drop right in. Everything else will need some slight modifications to make it work.

$100 for a shell, id snap that thing up. you could make your money back by selling the fenders off of it. even if the swap dont work out, you still will be ahead anyway.
