Or is there no way it will? My car is a 95 w/ the 3.8, and all I know is that it doesn't have posi-trac.

The z' and the SS had posi-trac though, I don't? Or is the same rear end just no posi trac?

The rear end and gears are physically the same. The posi is separate. I personally wouldn't run a v8 without posi though. Traction would be a complete bitch. If it really bothers you, just grab the rear out of a t/a or z28 and swap it in. That way you have no doubts.

Right on... I have a possible donor car with severe damage, but engine/tranny are all intact.:)

I don't know if your rear end would handle it. Big motor, small hole.
