Scratches on windshield

My windshield has a bunch of what I think are scratches on it. I think they are from a really worn wiper blade. Is there anything I can use to polish them out?

Might check around at an auto glass shop and see what they recommend

I've had the same problem before. And it was because my blade came off and really scratched my windshield in a storm. I wasn't able to polish it out. I brought my car to a windshield replacement shop, and they fixed it. (didn't need to replace windshield) They also fixed a little notch i had from a rock on the highway. Definetly check out a shop. They'll help you out.

I had a few on my maro, and i used marine compound, and it took most of the scratches out! It also took off the water spots on the sides

Could you elaborate a bit on that? What exactly is this marine compound, and where would one acquire some?

Ive heard using super glue generously in the crack, or scratch and then after it dries use a razor blade and shave off the excess glue... Works well from what ive heard.

From what I hear there the best you can buy, but this marine stuff might be better/cheaper/easier so I dunno.. lol
